Description
Diese Schraffur kennzeichnet alle Siedlungsflächen, welche sich im „Einwirkbereich“ eines klimatisch wirksamen Kaltluftstroms befinden. Zur Abgrenzung wird eine bodennahe Windgeschwindigkeit von mindesten 0,2 m/s und ein klimatisch wirksamer Kaltluftvolumenstrom > 5 m²/s pro Rasterzelle her-angezogen.
