Description
Increase and decrease of the sheep population in the AMD (notifications from Liechtenstein included). Increasing notifications contain the categories birth, import, and import after export. Decreasing notifications sum the notifications of slaughter, on farm slaughter, death and export. The number of slaughterings shown here is an underestimate for the period following the introduction of the AMD for small ruminants. This is due to the process of publishing and checking the quality of the data on this platform.
