Description
In addition to its automatic precipitation measurements, MeteoSwiss also operates a manual precipitation monitoring network with 270 stations. Measurements are taken here once a day and transmitted to MeteoSwiss via SMS. The data set contains current measurements for each station on precipitation and snow in daily ('d'), monthly ('m') and yearly ('y') resolutions. There are updated data sets from the current year up to yesterday ('recent') and since the beginning of the measurement ('historical'). If you require monthly or yearly values, we strongly recommend that you download the corresponding resolution.
