Beschreibung
The figures show the distribution of two dyadic food tastes similarity measures on the base of the national dishes: (i) the Manhattan distance and the (ii) latent semantic analysis. The chord diagram shows the results for country pairs with most and less similarity on basis of the LSA-approach.
