Descrizione
Die Waldbrandgefahrenhinweiskarte wurde auf der Basis der folgenden Parameter kumulativ berechnet: Vegetation (Brandgut), Nähe zu Infrastruktur und Freizeitaktivitäten (inkl. WUI Wildlife-Urban-Interface), Hangneigung, Exposition und durchschnittliche Witterung. Die Gefahrenhinweiskarte ist ein wertvolles Instrument für präventive Massnahmen. Sie nimmt aber nicht Bezug darauf, welche Auswirkungen das Entstehen eines Waldbrandes auf unsere Gesellschaft hat.
Anwendungsbeispiele: wie gefährdet ist ein bestimmter Waldbestand bzgl. Waldbränden? Wo ist in der Gemeinde XY die Gefahr am grössten, dass ein Waldbrand entsteht?
